Get on Track With MVS!
The MVS track program can get you on the right path and ready to tackle your running challenges. ALL levels are welcome. Every season we see brand new walk to runners, recreational runners, runners seeking a personal record and runners competing to place in their age group.
During the 12-week session, each participant will receive:
• 12-week training plan based on your race goal
• One track workout per week
• Support and encouragement from our coaching staff
The registration fee is $75. All registrants must be 2012 MVS members. You will not be able to sign up for track without first signing up as a 2012 member, see links below. The membership fee is $28 per year. If you are not a member, we’d like to welcome you to our running community. Refunds will be made for cancellations prior to the start date, only.
To sign up for track, click Sign Up. The coaches will send you an email one week before the start of the program with details for the workouts.
To become a 2012 MVS member click Join MVS . Please note if you signed up on or after October first 2011 you are a 2012 member. If you submitted a paper application you may not yet be in the system. Please contact us in this case so we can expedite your membership.
