Sidney's Rainbow Runners Fall Sessions
Merrimack Valley Striders Running Club is proud to offer Sidney's Rainbow Runners Spring program after its success from Summer and Fall 2023.
Program Goals
Inspire a lifelong love of running in all kids.
Prepare future runners and/or athletes in all sports.
Focus on fun with fundamentals through games and active play.
Build agility, mobility, speed and strength.
Kids will make memories with their teammates during the program.
Goal is to work as a team to help every athlete improve. Journey is about progress, not perfection, and having lots of smiles and laughs along the way.
