Feaster Five Priority Registration and Updates

Just So You Know !

Planning for the 34th annual Feaster Five Thanksgiving Day Race is moving forward with a great deal of excitement.  We are committed to making this year’s event a joyous and safe experience for you, your family, and friends.

  • Supply chain issues are a consideration for our race. We must place our order for race shirts very soon, so we will guarantee a shirt for those entered by September 15th We’ll do our best for registrants after that. If you haven’t done so, or know friends or family still waiting, please sign up now.  We don’t want you to miss out!
  • We have the best and most experienced race director in the business, Dave McGillivray.  If you know anything about Dave, you know that he is the champion of having a detailed plan and “Plan B, Plan C, Plan D.” His most recent event, the Falmouth Road Race, was a spectacular success with 8,000 registered runners.
  • Using that experience, we will be following CDC guidelines, Massachusetts regulations, and local rules to assure a safe event. Among the plans we will implement if needed include intermittent pulse starts, start line mask requirements and other efforts.
  • Virtual Option: We have heard from many of last year’s participants from locations far from the Merrimack Valley area that they would like to participate once again virtually. We are happy to announce that we will offer a virtual event option that will include a unique commemorative race shirt mailed directly to you. Details will be announced soon.
